Contingent Liabilities Report

This report is a tool for monitoring and keeping the transparency of the public finances. The main explicit contingencies of the Non Financial Public Sector are presented, its fiscal situation in the face of the realization of these explicit contingencies and the proposed actions to be implemented by the Government to mitigate them, complying with part b), numeral 18.2 of the article 18 of the Act N° 30099, titled “Strengthening of Fiscal Responsibility and Transparency Act”
